Newsletter 75 – First Indictment against Buker, Cash Paments, Jo Conrad Interview

Dear El Pariso Verde fans,

Happy New Year!

We wish you happiness, peace, health and success for 2025!

We took over the management on October 17, 2023. More than 80% of the employees were dismissed, including those who worked with the allegedly corrupt management.

With 70 loyal employees and the vast majority of the settlers, we have turned the project around. The value of the real estate and thus the value of the settlers’ assets were preserved. Since mid-2024, we have been out of the crisis. And things are steadily improving.

The last 15 months were three times more difficult than they would have been “only” with the Buker case. Why?

“A lie can get halfway around the world before the truth has put on its shoes.”

A lie is invented in 10 seconds. Debunking the lie and documenting the truth can take days, even weeks. This makes it seem like liars always win, but

“Lies have an expiration date, but the truth never expires.” (Oche Otorkpa)

A lie shines brighter, screams louder and is easier to “understand”. The truth is dry, has no shine, it is quiet and often not easy to grasp.

“A lie does not become truth, falsehood does not become right and evil does not become good just because it is accepted by a majority.”

Fortunately, we were not so lonely. Our thanks go to the majority of the settlers who stood by us and to our loyal employees. Now the year of truth has dawned and we can finally document this truth and talk about it.

THE TRUTH IN THE GREEN PARADISE!

The first motion for indictment with precautionary measures was filed at the end of December 2024 against the former president of El Paraiso Verde, Juan Buker, who was replaced by us founders on October 17, 2023.

In the prosecutor’s request for the indictment, it is made clear that the settlers and the founders, Erwin and Sylvia Annau, are victims in the criminal proceedings.

CASH payments to settlers and ex-settlers 2024

In 2024, we paid a total of

3,051,947,334 Guarani

in cash (at an assumed rate of 7500: 406,926 USD, at a rate of 7700: 396,357 EUR)

We would like to thank the settlers and employees who have helped us achieve this success.

Settler Balances – Repayments 2024

During the Corto Administrativo (the dismissal of the old management Buker and takeover by the founders), the following status of settler balances (and ex-settler balances) was determined (after corrections by internal auditing):

24,611,279,614 Gs

(assumed exchange rate 7500: 3,281,503 USD, exchange rate 7700: 3,196,270 EUR)

As of December 31, 2024, the account balance was reduced by construction services, other services and repayments to

15,120,796,291

(rate 7500: 2,016.106 USD, rate 7700: 1,963.734 EUR)

Total improvement:

Gs. 9,490,483.323 Gs

(rate 7500: 1.265.398 USD, rate 7700: 1.232.530 EUR)

This means that in 2024 alone, we improved the company’s situation with regard to the settler and ex-settler balances

38.56%

Things are on the up at El Paraiso Verde. The list of successes continues.

By the way, something to laugh about:

the last story from 1001 Nights from the internet lie media:

The investment properties in El Paraiso Verde do not exist.”

Here are the two properties, copied out of the National Land Registry of Paraguay, which, according to this lying press, are said not to exist…

The lies are becoming more and more far-fetched and can be debunked in 30 seconds.

Oh yes, it’s not a swamp either. We have electricity, water and internet in every inhabited house, trees grow here, the property owners are all getting their titles, the houses will all be completed…….

Every property sold exists, more than 200 titles have been issued.

But more on that in the next newsletter….

THE GREAT JO CONRAD INTERVIEW

With Dr. Erwin Annau, Sylvia Annau and Peter Brandt.

With English Subtitles!

Jo Conrad – El Paraiso Verde – Truth Revealed!

An explosive interview by Jo Conrad with us, the founders of El Paraiso Verde, Erwin and Sylvia Annau, and with Jo’s long-time cameraman, Peter Brand, who has decided to emigrate to El Paraiso Verde.

In his well-known, investigative way, Jo gets to the bottom of the matter. What is El Paraiso Verde really? What is it like to emigrate to EPV, what is life like in El Paraiso Verde?

Peter Brand spent a month in our “community of lateral thinkers” to see for himself what is true about El Paraiso Verde and what is not. After that, he decided to emigrate to El Paraiso Verde and set up a business in his field (water) and in other areas.

We tell of our decision in 2016 to emigrate and start a project in which people can meet at the level of the heart.

For me as an internationally active asset protection expert, El Paraiso Verde was the only justifiable solution in a time when financial products are highly endangered and in a severe crisis (the quite sensible) physical precious metasl only help in the urban area.

The most important things – clean air, good water and clean food and, above all, absolute security – can no longer be guaranteed by any other form of investment, but only by a residence or plan B in the EPV. El Paraiso Verde is certainly one of the very few, perhaps the only place where all of this is available.

Our community of awakened people who meet each other at the level of the heart is unique worldwide. The only consensus of the settlers is the dissent. People from 13 nations with almost all religions and world views live here peacefully together. Everyone respects the opinion and conviction of the other. The common denominator is the respect and love that people in El Paraiso Verde have for each other.

We, the founders and Peter Brand, explain everything about the existing infrastructure and about life in the community, the various residential and settlement options, but above all, we also tell of the huge potential that this project offers to all those who want to get involved and build their own existence here.

The main focus is on the school in Paraiso Verde, the school system in Paraguay and the desire of us founders to have an English-language school in the settlement as soon as possible.

We talk about the many challenges we faced, such as floods and fires. Inconceivable images of what it used to be like and how El Paraiso Verde is now 100% protected from the outside against fires and floods. However, the biggest challenge for El Paraiso Verde was corruption.

Jo exposes the “conspiracy theories” about El Paraiso Verde, namely that the project is allegedly “a fraud.” The truth is simple: we, the founders, never managed the project, we were the public face. Unfortunately, the manager (former board member Juan Buker, aka Bücker, Büker), built up a mafia-like structure in the operating company RELJUV S.A. and probably embezzled around 15 million euros from the company. Of this, over 4 million euros have already been proven by forensic evidence.

These machinations were discovered by us founders, Buker and his gang were removed in October 2023 and we founders reported the case to the Villarrica public prosecutor’s office as “breach of trust and formation of a criminal organization”.

The indictment of at least 11 people is expected soon. On October 17, 2023, we, the founders, took over the business. Since then, despite the massive damage to our reputation, we have rehabilitated the company.

El Paraiso Verde is becoming more successful every month. A large part of the damage has already been made good. The project is solvent and has been back on solid economic ground since April 2024. We have overcome this crisis too with the help of our loyal settlers and employees. El Paraiso Verde has a bright future again.

From 2025, we will begin to lead the “Barrio Cerrado Paraiso Verde” to self-government by the settlers within the framework of a condominium -reglamento.

For the first time, I read from the new Reglamento (the constitution of the Barrio Cerrado).

El Paraiso Verde will change the world as a role model for other communities.

All love and a blessed 2025,

Erwin Annau
