It was one of the dreams and goals of 2017: a gym that can even be used by professional athletes to prepare for competitions and where highly qualified health experts guide you in your training, cure old injuries and take care of your personal fitness situation. In short, we meet you where you are and rejuvenate your body so that it feels like it did 20 years ago (or more).
Stefan was a successful bodybuilder. He later became a health and fitness trainer and rehabilitation coach. He brought a lot of professional fitness equipment with him. Combined with first-class fitness equipment from the USA (such as Bowflex), the gym at El Paraiso Verde offers settlers and guests the right place to get their bodies in shape. With the expert advice of a fitness professional and the talented hands of his cheerful wife Astrid, an accomplished physiotherapist, you can get back into shape no matter where you are on your personal fitness scale.
