Dear El Paraiso Verde fans,
Now, in contrast to the rest of the world, reason is returning to the saga of El Paraiso Verde. The vast majority of investors are solving the challenges from the previous administration together with us. In the year since our taking back of our project, we have achieved a lot: for example, of the 83 unfinished construction projects we took over, only 26 remain to be completed and a third of the property-investors have solved their issues directly with us by resale, change of property or construction of a house.
The Kamikazes seem to have left their lawyer in a hurry. No wonder, they don’t want to (like their lawyer) be charged with extortion and defamation. We find amicable solutions with most of them, but for some, the law of sowing and reaping will probably have to apply….
A former Raviolo client came to the notary today without a lawyer and signed an agreement. Case solved; no lawyer was needed for that.

Kristine is a real power woman. She helped found the “Nation of Denmark”, she is an accomplished natural healer and together with her partner Dr. Soeren, a doctor, she ran the largest clinic for alternative medicine in Denmark. They moved to El Paraiso Verde to get our planned international health center off the ground. Their 15-year-old son Gabriel is full of plans. He loves that he can do things in El Paraiso Verde that he would never be able to do in “old Denmark.”
