Construction is underway in El Paraiso Verde! We have 16 active construction sites.
11 active construction sites are operated by a construction company that was founded by settlers.
5 construction sites are currently being completed by RELJUV.
Retrospective – El Paraiso Verde construction department:
October 17, 2023: We encountered the following situation when we took over management, accounting and the computers (which had been wiped by the previous management):
- 83 construction sites where something was not yet finished.
- 49 construction sites that were half-finished or only started, but for which the construction money was missing.
There was a shortage in the construction fund of PGY: 17,232,557.537 PGY (approx. 2,154,000 euros or USD). Therefore, in addition to the former president, the construction manager, the on-site manager, the purchasing manager, the “treasurer”, the accountant and the tax consultant were also charged. The proceedings are ongoing.
January 17, 2025: A completely different picture….
- We still have 24 construction sites to complete.
- Last week we received 6 protocols after completion of construction sites.
Since taking office, we have provided construction services worth 6,275,337,745 PGY (784,417 EURO, USD). The remaining balance of 10,957,219,792 will be raised as quickly as possible through the sale of land to new settlers and through the infrastructure contribution. In just over a year, we have fulfilled 36% of the construction orders that were left without money by the previous administration. Since we took office, the infrastructure contribution has been used to complete the buildings we took over. Completing the buildings is our priority.

Brigitte and her son Jens, an excellent cook, turned their backs on their home in Saxony-Anhalt (formerly GDR) and moved to the community of hearts El Paraiso Verde in Paraguay. As promised, they received a property with a view of the jungle and promptly received their title in the Paragauy land registry.
They planned and built their house without stress or pressure. After almost 10 months, their house was ready. 2 independent apartments, for mother and son. They paid for their house directly to the Swiss builder in construction phases. The house was completed with “Paraguayan-Swiss quality”, including a small swimming lake with a sun platform – everything delivered as promised. Jens is employed by the settler Eva-Simone, who has taken over the restaurant in El Paraiso Verde.
Her barbecues (asados) and gala dinners are of a quality that cannot be found in even a handful of restaurants in Asuncion. And… Jens has a partner from Paraguay. We experience how a German-Paraguayan family is formed.

This interview with Robert Stein and me was filmed in December 2016 – and it is even more relevant today than ever!
Today, all of the predicted scenarios have come true.
The real estate crash, which from December 2022 destroyed thirty to fifty percent of the value of German houses, was the rude awakening.
I also show the problem of self-sufficiency in a city during a supply crisis and – even without a crisis – the health consequences of the lack of fresh food in our society. The alternative is a self-sufficient life in EL Paraiso Verde.
The hot topic of how migrants and asylum shelters destroy the value of properties is also clearly predicted. “No Go Zones”, districts in cities that citizens and now not even the police enter… All clearly stated.
Those who invested in El Paraiso Verde in 2016 and stuck with it have seen the value of their property increase by up to twenty times. We, the founders, who took over the presidency on October 17, 2023 and had to dismiss the entire management, have maintained the prices of the properties since December 2022, despite the crisis that was finally overcome in June 2024.
I have been talking about the drying up of the real estate market in 2016, which has now occurred. In 2016, there were still many buyers with cash; now, buyers are staying away because of the compulsory tax on real estate that I predicted at the time. In 2024, Germany actually implemented the 5th “burden equalization” (another word for compulsory property tax) in 120 years.
Europe is now in the midst of a freefall in real estate values, as well as the collapse of social systems and the currency.
Paraguay has had the same currency for 70 years and Paraguay has protection against expropriation.
In El Paraiso Verde there are 1711 (soon 1725) plots of land with titles in the national land registry.
Even in a real crisis, gold is no panacea. Even if precious metals always have some value, you can’t eat them and you can’t live in them.
Holding a small reserve of precious metals, especially silver, makes sense.

On the afternoon of January 18, Sylvia saw a baby duckling, perhaps only two days old, running in front of our car on the side road. There was no sign of a duck family far and wide; it had probably lost its parents in the storm the day before.
We got out of the car, and the duckling fled into a canal filled with water. A bird of prey was already circling overhead. I bravely took off my shorts and jumped into the canal in my underpants, sinking up to my hips in mud.
I waded to the duckling, which tried to escape in the canal, but I was able to gently catch it and save it from the bird of prey.
Our new addition (name is currently being discussed) is now with our granddaughter, where it is already getting used to the big people, drinking a lot and loving to cuddle with us. It is touching how much love the Lord has given these little creatures….
