El Paraiso Verde WAS, IS and WILL BE MEGA !

El Paraiso Verde WAS a MEGA project from day one

  1. 1597 hectares of land (today 1439 hectares), where people from all over the world can meet one another at the level of the heart.
  2. The realization of a life in a unique community based on rational life principles.
  3. From a grassy desert, almost impossible to access, emerged the largest urbanization project in South America.
  4. 100 km of roads, 16 km of flood protection, a dozen lakes, half of which are already finished, miles of waterways, parks…
  5. A functioning infrastructure (market, café, restaurant, school, library…)
  6. 230 settlers, almost all of whom live by our principles of life and have grown together through the years of trials.
  7. A community that has grown and become stronger despite all crises (which, by the way, all communities experience in a similar way and almost all of them perish in the process).
  8. Properties whose values have increased 20-fold from 2016 to 2022 and whose value has been maintained by us despite the severe crisis of 2023.
  9. Over 100 completed houses, 16 active construction sites and 13 new construction contracts, a large proportion of which may be realized this year.
  10. A safe community where children can move freely and the settlers can live in peace without fear.

El Paraiso Verde WILL become a MEGA project from January 25th, 2025.

2. The work on relocating our building materials storage to the industrial park has begun. The access road to the “Barrio Cerrado Paraiso Verde” will be cleaned up.

3. The road construction work has started from the Pira Tava entrance to the Paraiso- Verde NORTH residential area.

The main streets in the Paraiso Verde Nord district will be done the same way.

Side streets: the settlersIn the Paraiso Verde-NORD district, the settlers have already been asked to divert the rainwater from their properties away from the streets so that we can finish the streets in front of their houses.

Depending on the speed of these construction measures by the settlers, which are specified in the condominium contract, Paraiso Verde North will become a settlement as it was planned by us, with main and side streets that will be passable in all weather conditions, even without a four-wheel drive.

4. The settlers are invited to plant flowering bushes and trees along the roadsides, where possible.

5. Pira Tava will change significantly this year, more about that in future newsletters.

6. The completion of the streets and squares in the Paraiso Verde North district will enable the remaining plots to be resold more quickly.

7. El Paraiso Verde is being realized just as we, the founders, announced it in 2016 and have been building it for 8 years despite all the obstacles, crises and challenges.

10 months: Plot of land with title and finished house in El Paraiso Verde

Brigitte and her son Jens, a successful chef and entrepreneur, turned their backs on their home in Saxony-Anhalt (formerly East Germany) and moved to the community of El Paraiso Verde in Paraguay. As promised, they received a plot of land with a view of the jungle and promptly received their title in the Paraguayan land registry. They planned and built their house without stress or pressure. After almost 10 months, their house was ready. 2 independent apartments, for mother and son. They paid for their house directly to the Swiss builder in phases of construction. The house was completed with “Paraguayan-Swiss quality”, including a small swimming lake with a sunbathing platform – everything delivered as promised. Jens and the settler Eva-Simone took over the restaurant in El Paraiso Verde. His barbecues (Asados) and gala dinners are of a quality that cannot be found in even a handful of restaurants in Asuncion. And… Jens has a Paraguayan girl friend. We are witnessing the creation of a German-Paraguayan family. Another success story of El Paraiso Verde.
