Reputation of El Paraiso Verde and its founders restored – criminal complaints dismissed as unfounded
On September 6, 2024, the criminal complaints of two of the most reckless Kamikaze-Investors were dismissed as unfounded in court decisions 19808 and 19803.
Kamaikaze investor means: financial self-destruction with maximum collateral damage for other investors. Theses persons have caused millions in damage to the El Paraiso Verde project.

In several videos on Tiktok, YouTube and other social media, the two had portrayed El Paraiso Verde as a scam and claimed that the project and its founders had deprived them of their life savings.
This allegation was rejected by the public prosecutor’s office as not in line with the facts. With its court ruling, the public prosecutor’s office has made it clear that neither the El Paraiso Verde project nor the founders are guilty of fraud.
The intention of the Polands’ videos was to damage the project by spreading lies and to extort the repurchase of the investments they had made. Their videos were seen by tens of thousands of people. The result was – in addition to blackmail and coercion – the completed criminal offense of defamation of character, slander and damage to credit with millions in damages.
Complaint dated 5th of December, 2023 from Mrs. H. R.
Mrs. H. R. has been agitating against the project and the founders for about 2 years in many chats as “Mrs. Emerald”, spreading unbelievable lies and making false statements against El Paraiso Verde, from whom she wanted to extort the repayment of the investments she had made.
We, the founders, spoke to both of them for several hours, explained the situation to them and proposed solutions, which they both rejected.
The two are accomplices in a smear campaign against El Paraiso Verde and the founders initiated by cunning lawyers and real estate sharks. The alleged aim was to drive the project to ruin, buy up the country’s most valuable residential property on the cheap, sell it off for millions in profits and deprive hundreds of villagers of their life savings.
This unprecedented smear campaign was initiated and led by lawyer Martha Raviolo, who in several videos described the El Paraiso Verde project as a scam and a pyramid scheme and the founders as fraudsters. In doing so, she has caused millions in damage to the El Paraiso Verde settlement project.
In addition, she organized a demonstration in front of and inside the Palace of Justice in Villarrica, during which she, another lawyer, Kamaikaze investors and even people who have nothing to do with the project loudly accused the public prosecutor’s office and the high court of inaction and indirectly of corruption.
In doing so, she has not only jeopardized the investments of her own clients, but has also caused immeasurable damage to Paraguay’s justice system by shaking the confidence of immigrants in Paraguay’s justice system.
With this disgraceful action, she has caused serious damage to Paraguay as a country of emigration. She has slapped the country, which we settlers of EL Paraiso Verde cherish as our new home and where we experience the hospitality of a wonderful people, right in the face.
Hundreds of families were deterred from visiting us and getting to know the real El Paraiso Verde by these smear campaigns. Many then went “somewhere else”, only to return to their old home-country shortly afterwards, often without any money.
The damage exceeds the estimated amount of damage that the allegedly organized criminal management of Mr. Buker (Büker, Bücker without a proven doctorate) has inflicted on the project.
You can never understand the “logic” of the Kamaikazes, but with the 2 parables (LINK) you can at least try to understand what might be going on in their heads.
The demands of settlers who are waiting for the completion of their houses and settlers who want to resell their properties but have been unable to sell due to the loss of income caused by these Kamaikazes are becoming louder and more frequent.
We, the founders and the settlers of El Paraiso Verde-NEU are looking to the future.
We, the founders Dr. Erwin and Sylvia Annau took over the management on October 17, 2023 and we are not only putting the situation left behind by the “Buker crew” in order, but also we will bring him and his “gang” before the criminal court.
El Paraiso Verde-NEU is a project of love for people who want to enter the new era in peace and freedom. Over 700,000 people have seen our websites and our videos. In our world, where evil and daily madness seem to be omnipresent, we have stood up to madness, perfidy and crime.
