VICTORY at the international level: The plan is being seen through
Worldwide COVID is abolished and the true plan of the (still) powerful becomes visible. Worldwide people wake up. Worldwide the mass (=lies) – media are recognized as propaganda – machines of warmongers, agitators and merchants of fear and catastrophes.
Thus also the planned, world-wide “extermination campaign against El Paraiso Verde” became the largest advertising – campaign for our colony. From all over the world people are coming forward to join us, even from Japan! El Paraiso Verde is known all over the world. The smear campaign against us became an atomic pipe burst for the forces of Evil. This time the good guys win.
VICTORY at the national level – on all lines
On March 2, 2022, in the Paraguayan Parliament, a law was introduced due to the initiative of El Paraiso Verde and it was passed with a large majority across all party lines. This law will end all COVID measures. However, the law goes much further.
It will PROHIBIT asking for vaccination certificates or vaccination cards.
It will no longer be allowed to require proof of vaccination to attend public or private events and -.
it is PROHIBITED that the entry of foreigners is tied to a vaccination certificate.
The constitution of Paraguay – the land of freedom has won!
This law will serve as a model for other countries worldwide that want to shake off the yoke of the globalists. It ensures that a situation in which the Executive Branch, without control, uses “emergency measures” to undermine the Constitution and the laws of the country can never happen again. Note: we are talking about LEGAL PROHIBITIONS here and the repeal of all laws that contradict that law!
No one will dare to violate these laws with ordinances, directives or protocols anymore. And we – as well as the patriots of the country – will watch over it with a wary eye.
How long will it be before you can come back to Paraguay without proof of vaccination? A conservative estimate: until April. The president can refuse to sign, then the parliament votes again. Then he can no longer refuse. Nothing of this sort has been announced from the presidential chancellery, especially since the president’s henchmen also voted for this law.
LAW:
Article 1: It is forbidden to require proof of vaccination against Covid-19, which is not subject to the provisions of Article 15 of Law No. 4621/2021 “NATIONAL VACCINATION LAW”.
Article 2: It is prohibited to require proof of vaccination against Covid-19 or Covid health passport to visit places of assembly or concentration, regardless of whether they are public or private mass events.
Article 3: It is prohibited to require proof of vaccination against Covid-19 or Covid health passport for the entry of foreigners or nationals; the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare may determine the protocol for the required service and the need for quarantine and require the international seal.
The Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare, together with the competent authorities, shall take additional measures to protect the health of the population.
Article 5. All legislation in conflict with this Law is hereby repealed.

Articulo 1. Prohibelse la exigencia de la comprobacion de la vacunación contra el Covid-19, la cual no estará sujeto a la previsiones establecidas en el ariculo 15 de la ley No 4621/2021 “NACIONAL DE VACUNAS”
Articulo 2. Prohibise la exigencia de comprogación de la vacunación contra el Covid-19 o pase sanitario covid, para concurrir a lugares de reunión o concentración, sean estos eventos masivos públicos o privados.
Articulo 3. Prohibese la exigencia de comprobación de la vacunación el Covid -19 o pase sanitario covi para el ingreso al pais, sea de extranjeros od connacionales, pudiendo el Ministerio de Salud Pública y Benestar Social establecer el protocolo para la realización requeridos, la necesidad de cuarantna y exigir el seuro internacional.
Articulo 4. El ministerio de Salud Pública y Bienestar Social conjuntamente con las autoridades competentes, tomará las medidas complementarias para salvaguarda la salud de la población.
Articulo 5 Derógase toda disposición legal que sea contrario a la presente Ley.

The Blood Money of Judas is being punished
Those who are corrupt sell out their fellow citizens, including their friends and family, to the forces of evil. Corruption is todays blood money of Judas. Corruption makes the corrupt a blackmailable and will-less tool of evil.
For a week now, the biggest purge by corruption – prosecutors in the history of the country has been going on. Many prominent political and business figures are being targeted by the Corruption Prosecutor. 3 ministers and 1 senator have already resigned.
We will keep you informed. The Blood Money of Judas with which a few have sold out their fellow man out of greed and selfishness will be the undoing of these people.
Victory at the regional level:
Yesterday, the City Council Assembly of Caazapá voted by a large majority to immediately repeal last year’s illegal resolution declaring Dr. Juan Buker, President of RELJUV S.A. an “undesirable peson” in Caazapá.
The resolution in detail:
THE DISASTROUS MUNICIPAL BOARD OF THE PREVIOUS LEGISLATURE HAD ELECTED DR. JUAN BUKER DECLARED PERSONA NON GRATA WITH MUCH MALICE AND VERY LITTLE ARGUMENTATION. THIS DECISION DID NOT AFFECT THE MIND OF THE BUSINESSMAN, BUT ONLY STRENGTHENED HIS DESIRE TO BE USEFUL TO THE COMMUNITY.
THERE IS NO WORSE BLIND MAN THAN THE ONE WHO DOES NOT WANT TO SEE, AS THE SAYING GOES, BUT FINALLY THE LIGHT HAS BEEN SEEN, AND LAST NIGHT THE CURRENT COMMUNITY COUNCIL DECIDED TO REVOKE THIS UNWISE DECISION, AND WITH 10 VOTES IN FAVOR, ONE AGAINST AND ONE ABSTENTION, DR. JUAN BUKER WAS ALSO DECLARED A BENEFACTOR OF THE DISTRICT OF CAAZAPA, THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS BEING ELECTED AN HONORARY CITIZEN.
JUSTICE SOMETIMES TAKES A LONG TIME TO COME, BUT IT COMES AND BRINGS ORDER TO THINGS. THE EXPRESSIONS OF SOLIDARITY AND THE CREATION OF JOBS BENEFIT HUMBLE FAMILIES AND PROFESSIONALS WHO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITHOUT LEAVING THEIR HOMELAND.

Victory at the local level –
The strong Paraguayan SANCTITY OF THE HOME prevails:
We have a colonia privada in formation and a condominium (gated community). This means that only those we want to let in can come in. This gives our fellow residents a protective wall around our community and additional protection for their property.
Many have tried to come in without a court order and failed, including a governor. Many reporters have had to shoot their “documentary” about us outside the gate of our community. We just want our peace.
On November 19, 2020, the former Caazapa Town Meeting Chair woman (now voted out of office) tried to enter our condominium. She ran past the guards but was confronted by the guards after about 100 yards.
She said that as a city councilor she had the right to “check up on us”. This is not so. Paraguay has strict house rules. This also applies to reporters and members of parliament.

Arrest Warrant for the President of the Caazapa Municipal Council (City Council)
The former president of the Municipal Council of Caazapa, Gladys Rojas de Sosa, was arrested and taken to jail in Villarrica. This occurred as part of a criminal case filed by the directors of the Reljuv SA company for violating their domiciliary rights. The former councilwoman presented a medical certificate to stay away from the trial, but a forensic doctor determined that there was no need for bed rest.

I am asked again and again, how I estimate the situation in the world and also how fast probably assets from the EU would have to be brought in for security. Thank you for your high opinion of me. But my opinion is not important.
It is important to understand history and to see facts in context. Then I do not need to express my opinion, but allow each reader to draw his own conclusions from the facts.
As predicted, the tide of war is turning worldwide. I had been predicting April 2022 for the turning point in World War 3 for over a year. The events accelerate. Thus the Plandemie came also nearly 2 years before my prognosis. Fortunately, the world war is taking place only in the mass media.
However, the success of the Russians in cleaning up Ukraine does NOT mean that with the end of COVID and with a peace deal in Ukraine everything is over and Europe can look forward again with confidence.
By now all steps of the always recurring reset of mankind are pulled through. This time, however, each step fails to a large extent. This does not mean that until the victory of the forces of the good people not very much damage will be done.
Whether the usual (every 100-200 years) sequence of “random” historical events will happen again this time? I am an optimist and say “no”. It will not succeed this time.
What are these recurring events?
This is the sequence for hundreds (maybe thousands?) of years:
1. planemic – population reduction
2. collapse of the monetary system – distress, misery, people lose their wealth
3. collapse of economy and supply chains – hunger, despair
4. war: obliteration of traces, rewriting of history, traumatization of people so that they can no longer look back.
5. re-education
6. great reset
What was it like last time?
- “Spanish Flu” 1918-1920 (originated on a military base in Virginia) with over 500 million infected and over 50 million dead. Most of them vaccinated.
- collapse of the banking system in 1923: 400,000 bank branches close in Germany alone, homeless people die on the streets, a ticket from Augsburg to Nuremberg costs 1 trillion marks and the cheapest streetwalking is in Berlin.
- collapse of the economy and supply chains in 1929: mass unemployment, hunger. The people want a solution. The solution offered is
- World War II : 1939-1945: destruction of history and culture (Leipzig, Dresden…).
- re-education of the defeated peoples: 1945 until today
- Great Reset 1948: introduction of the Mark, 90% loss in savings, bank deposits, life insurances, bonds, forced mortgages, real estate taxes…
This cycle which took 30 years in the last century, is to happen now probably in a few months. Why? Because the boss of the economic – wise men, Mr. Professor Klaus Schwab wants the Great Reset (“Own nothing and be happy”) for the time between January first, 2023 and 31st of March, 2023.
Well then we have to pull through this year quite a program to complete the cyclic servitude plan of the elites…
