The founders of El Paraiso Verde and owners of RELJUV S.a.e.c.a. uncover new facts in the Bücker/Büker/Buker case:

2023:
Dr. Erwin Annau had an entitlement from Executive Board remuneration of 508.200,000 PGY in 2023. However, he only offset and received 127.050.000 PGY
Mrs. Sylvia Annau had an entitlement from Executive Board remuneration of 435.600.000 PGY in 2023, but only offset and received 192.984.993 PGY.
Mr. Juan Joaquin (Bücker, Büker, Buker, title not verifiable) was entitled to PGY 580.800.000,00 PGY in Executive Board remuneration in 2023, but offset and took out of the company a total of PGY 1.341.131.000.
In addition, he withdrew 15.389.209.756 PGY (2.137.390,00 USD, 1.899.902,00 Euro) for which there is no evidence and no receipts.
Since 2023, there have been numerous investors in El Paraiso Verde who do not know how to make a living. The founders have used some of their income to support settlers in need. Dr. Erwin Annau has used his pension from Austria to support settlers in need.
2022:
Dr. Erwin Annau had an entitlement from Executive Board remuneration of 508.200.000,00 in 2022. However, he only offset and received 498.850.000,00 PGY.
Mrs. Sylvia Annau had an entitlement from Executive Board remuneration of 435.600.000,00 PGY in 2022, but only received 410.725.538,00 PGY.
Mr. Juan Joaquin (Bücker, Büker, Buker) was entitled to PGY 580.800.000,00 PGY in Executive Board remuneration in 2022, but offset and took out of the company a total of 3.734.470.000,00 PGY. How much Mr. Juan Joaquin withdrew in 2022 without an invoice is currently under investigacion.
Under Paraguayan law, the remuneration of the Board of Directors is determined annually at the Annual General Assembly.
The directors had the right to issue invoices to RELJUV S.a.e.c.a.. However, the law stipulates that a director’s record must be drawn up and signed by all members of the Board of Directors for every invoice and payment exceeding the remuneration of the Board of Directors.
There is no director’s file for the amounts invoiced and collected in excess of Mr. Juan Joaquin’s remuneration.
