Apartment Paraiso 1

This apartment consists of one bedroom, a small adjoining room (with bunk beds for up to 2 people or suitable as an office or storage room), a bathroom, a living room and a terrace.
Total m² UNDER ROOF: 63

This apartment, currently the most built in El Paraiso Verde, has the advantage that it can be rented by a single person up to a family of 4, even for a longer period of time. Most of the tenants are settlers who are waiting for their houses to be completed, and thus rent for between 6 and 12 months (depending on how long the settlers have been planning and how fast they are going).

Of course, the plan can be adapted (for example: make the adjoining room bigger or the terrace deeper, etc.).

Since there are no windows on both sides, any number of such apartments can be placed next to each other. It is also possible to add more floors and put the same apartments on top of each other (with a tiled roof or a flat roof with a roof terrace). In the plan you can see a combination of apartment Paraiso 1 and 2.
