Survey results of new settlers of the info trips

A survey is sent to participants after each info trip. This is a monthly excerpt from the survey responses. We have summarized repetitive answers:

Survey results April 2024

Question: What did you particularly like?

Answers:

  • The herbs, the history lecture, the talks with Erwin and Sylvia, with the settlers, with the info travelers and the karaoke evening.
  • The air conditioning is very good. Our info group was great!
  • Getting to know the community and the area. Everyone is very nice. Special thanks to Peter, Melanie, Jan and Sophie.
  • The friendliness of the people here.
  • I really liked the settlers and the info group.
  • I really like the community of people here.
  • The café is great!
  • I felt right at home. It was like visiting my country of the future. I will definitely recommend the EPV to others.

Question: Is there anything else you would like to tell us?

  • We really liked the community and the openness of the settlers.
  • We would have liked a talk about Paraguay and the culture.
  • Best wishes to the two supervisors!
  • Jan helped us a lot and was very nice!
  • I have found a place here in peace, far away from governments, authorities and poisonous food.
  • There is clean water, food and air here.
  • The food was great! Maybe a few more fruits?

Question: What did you particularly like?

  • Everything!
  • The breakfast and lunch were great!

  • Meeting the people was fascinating.
  • We really liked Erwin’s personality.
  • We really liked the herbal seminar with Christiane and the personal conversations with the
  • settlers and their stories.
  • The conversations with settlers in the café, the conversations and activities with caregivers and the settlers. Thanks to Gerhild and Heinz and everyone else!
  • A big compliment for the lunch in the Asado Hall. The breakfast could be more varied.

Question: Is there anything else you would like to tell us?

  • I take you with me in my heart and look forward to seeing you again soon.
  • There is nothing to say. Keep up the good work!
  • Community, philosophy, freedom and honesty.
  • Special thanks to Melanie, the settlers, who were so welcoming and supportive. Many thanks to Erwin and Sylvia, who once again motivated us to go on the info trip.
  • We sincerely hope that you will create a community of equals, based on openness and genuine appreciation, and we wish you all the best.
  • I really enjoyed the conversations with the settlers, even if they sometimes got a little long, but that’s normal.
  • The conversation with Erwin and Sylvia was mind-blowing and mind-expanding! I can’t express in words how liberated and relieved I felt afterwards. They are inspiring!

Survey results February 2024

Question: What did you particularly like?

Answers:

  • The food and the shooting at the range.
  • The warmth and support from the settlers. The food is great!
  • I really enjoyed the gala dinner!
  • I loved getting to know the people there.
  • I was in Paraguay with the Mennonites and then I discovered the EPV!
  • The people and the music.
  • The asado was great and the live music and the cozy get-togethers.
  • I liked the nursery best and the food was good.

Question: Is there anything else you would like to tell us?

  • Thank you very much for all the offers of help, for building ramps for my husband in his wheelchair and for looking for solutions to our situation.
  • We really want to live in peace and harmony and that is possible with you.
  • I wish I had more smoothies.
  • I think it’s wonderful that your food comes from your own garden. There was more food than you could eat.
  • The Spanish speaking staff were exceptionally nice. All so attentive, patient and professional.
  • Congratulations you are such wonderful people.

  • I miss Jan’s truck.
  • I could just swim here all day and nothing else!

Question: What did you particularly like?

Answers:

  • The good cooperation from everyone and their help.
  • I really liked the food! It was healthy and the people were very nice.
  • The people, the country, the sun, the whole thing!
  • The new friends, the relaxed lifestyle and the nature.
  • Yes, I really liked the people. And they were all so relaxed!
  • The great people, the security team and their support, the great lectures and the parties.

Question: Is there anything else you would like to tell us?

  • Yes, keep up the good work!
  • You need paddle boats for the lake and cushions to sit on.
  • I will bring my best friends who have already swallowed the red pill.
  • You guys are doing a great job bringing the dream to reality.

  • I really liked it all, even if I was at the wrong time, I mean El Nino and the rain.

Question: What did you particularly like?

  • The openness and warmth of the settlers and Erwin and Sylvia’s commitment to this project.
  • The attitude to life of the people here, the existing and planned waterway network.
  • All the newsletters and all the videos and then being here!
  • People and nature.
  • All the openness and honesty of all the settlers here and that the children can live so freely.
  • I really liked the healing energy of nature and the conversations with the people.
  • The food was very aromatic and varied.

Question: Is there anything else you would like to tell us?

  • Yes, I would like to teach Tai Chi and help settlers design their homes.
  • Thank you for the great support during the info week.
  • We were just a little surprised about the vouchers for full board.
  • We were so touched by the development of El Paraiso Verde.
  • Everything was perfect.
  • I would love to help build the university.
  • I don’t want to be very involved in the community, I just want to relax here and enjoy my retirement.

We can achieve so much together. El Paraiso Verde makes it happen.
