Here, Reljuv S.A. is planning a new development with small, affordable plots for those who want to keep their investment within a tranquil framework. The titles for these plots are expected to be available in 2026.

When El Paraiso Verde was founded, a number of plans were drawn up in order to survey the site and carry out planning.
