On April 9, 2024 at 2 pm we transferred the first two titles from RELJUV S.a.e.c.a. to settlers in the office of the notary Dr. Martha Fanego.
Almost 7 years of hard work, struggle, frustration, waiting, hoping, disappointment, defeats, broken promises, stress, worries, …have come to an end
We have made it
through confidence, iron will, discipline, unwavering consistency and a lot of trust in God.
Now we can create our El Paraiso Verde the way we always wanted it to be. The heartfelt community of awakened, soulful, empathetic and unpecked people with a clear head has a home…..

The awarding of the first TITLES for plots of land in El Paraiso Verde at the office of the notary Marta Fanego in Villarrica
Thousands have been dissuaded from visiting or even investing and living in EPV in recent years by the biggest lie in the land “at El Paraiso Verde you will never get a title and therefore never book property“.
This edifice of lies was torn to nanoparticle size on April 9, 2024 at 2pm.
Now is the time to finally see and personally experience El Paraiso Verde – under the leadership of its founders – as it was originally created and as it was always meant to be.

Dear employees,
Today was the most significant day in the history of RELJUV S.a.e.c.a. We transferred the first two titles from RELJUV to Siedler. With this we have completed 7 years of hard work with a great success.
We would especially like to thank Mrs. Dra. Benigna Sanabria, our head of the legal department, for her tireless help with the extensive work.
Also Dr. Ariel Riveros our legal advisor who guided us through the complicated 6 year process of a project of 3 estancias in 2 communities to a condominium with 1711 titled lots.
And Ms. Martha Fanego, notary public, who went above and beyond what one would expect from a notary public in the preparation of the titles and the issuing of the title documents. And our thanks go to the employees, especially those who have been with us from the beginning and have always shown their loyalty to the project, the founders and the company through all the difficult times.
Special thanks also go to the office staff who prepared the documents for the title deed and to Ms. Yasmin Abdul, who created the conditions for surveying the land by implementing the plan design by Sra. Sylvia Annau…
