Whether the armed U.S. American people will succeed in shaking off the rule of the pedo elites?
Whether Trump with Q-Anon (or whoever that is) will save Americans from a programmed-lost, third world war remains to be seen. One thing is certain: even if the U.S. rescue succeeds, the rescuers will not have the time or resources to rescue a downtrodden Europe from the WEF chains.
Putin will not do that either (На здоровье, Na sdorowje „na Prost” to the Germans).

THE “NOAHS ARK” EL PARAISO VERDE
So, seriously, El Paraiso Verde started out as a planned Noah’s Ark. But everything in order….
THE STORY of “Noah’s Ark Paraiso Verde” – Episode 1
The El Paraiso Verde did NOT start in Paraguay but with the idea that in the event sequences predictable every 100 to 200 years (pandemic, bank crash, economic crash, war, Great Reset = e.g. 1916, 1923, 1929, 1939, 1948) FEW, awakened people would retreat to a Noah’s Ark to survive.
This was initially with the “Noah with the long beard” a ship, later a wave of emigration (e.g. North America 18th and 19th century, Argentina beginning of the 20th century).
In anticipation of the events that are currently in full swing (missing only the war conjured up by the Greens and the RESET already announced by the “Schwäble”) I was looking for a ship in early 2016 and – found it!
A wonderful 80 meter ship in a half-finished state, ready to be converted according to own wishes into comfortable living cabins and areas for hydroponics, was for sale at a “ridiculous price” (at least for such a ship).
The best: The ship was a converted minesweeper, therefore not made of metal, but of mahogany! An Arab sheik had bought it from the German Navy (for practically one Euro, because “we have it”), had started the conversion but ran out of funds before the final completion.
Hardly I had presented the idea in the approach, some of my clients transferred me larger amounts for the first cabins (That went at that time also still).
We (Sylvia and I) only had to go to Egypt, there to the port of Alexandria, examine the ship and buy it. So we flew to Egypt.
Even before the trip, I did what I always do – excel sheets, calculations forecasts, risk analysis and the closer the flight came, the more doubts we both got about the “Mahogany Noah’s Ark” business model.
Too many imponderables (harbor fees, authorities that could prevent docking, etc). We hardly had to fear torpedoes, since the hull was made of mahogany.
When we then arrived in Cairo at a limp 51 degrees Celsius, we were both practically certain that Noah’s Ark as a SHIP would offer more risks than opportunities.
The arranged inspection date shifted “coincidentally” around 4 days. So we hired an Egyptologist – professor and let us show the pyramids and the temples. It was funny what he told us (e.g. “sell the younger pyramids as the older ones and the older ones as the younger ones, and everything was done by the Egyptians…”).
But as it happened (coincidence), we met the Axel Klitschke, whose return flight to Germany had also been postponed by a few days, on the day when we were supposed to “look boat”, in front of the King’s Chamber of the Cheops Pyramid and received from him a guided tour through the King’s Chamber of the Cheops Pyramid, with the information about the power plant “lied about” as the burial place of Napoleon, which is light years closer to the truth….
Conclusion: we did not look at the ship anymore, but Sylvia started to look for the suitable land for a “Noah’s Ark of the spiritually awakened”. More about this in one of the next newsletters.
THE ARCHE NOAH El Paraiso Verde
Full completion of the project on November 29, 2024 – 7 p.m. local time Paraguay.
El Paraiso Verde is the only permanent settlement project of significant size in the world. There is nothing like it and – unfortunately – there is unlikely to be anything like it in the foreseeable future.
Our “Noah’s Ark”, like the old Noah’s Ark, does not (yet) have a sister ship….
It is now high time to complete the “Noah’s Ark El Paraiso Verde”, take in the (few) passengers, close the bulkheads and start the journey through the stormy seas of the next 10 years.
My estimate: until AFTER 2030, we will still experience things that most cannot imagine today. That’s all I’m going to say about that.
Who could have imagined in 2019 that humanity would be running around in 2020 wearing face diapers, being “ver…n” by a faked “test” and having a bioweapon jammed into their deltoid muscle…?
If I had announced this at the Robert Stein Interview in December 2016 (honestly: I didn’t know how bad it would be either), they would have surely called the friendly gentlemen with the vests that you button up in the back.
Therefore, I stay with the present.
The Noah’s Ark Paraiso Verde sets sail on November 29, 2024 at 7 pm. That means: Whoever is on board then, sails along.
To be more precise:
- has at least rented an apartment or a house in the EPV or
- who has bought a Plan A or Plan B – RESIDENTIAL property in El Paraiso Verde,
…can then of course (if it is then still possible) come and live with us.
These are all those people who only come when things get too bad in their home country.
Rental apartment (apartment, house) or residential property as a basic requirement for the journey through the next years on the EPV ark.
All others will have to try to conquer the wild waters of the next 10 years by rowboat if necessary….
Our Noah’s Ark – El Paraiso Verde
16 square kilometers in size, including 12 square kilometers of agricultural and forestry area…
- fully self-sufficient (including electricity if necessary)
- clean air
- no chemtrails
- 300 days of sunshine a year,
- clean water
- organic, insect free food and
El Paraiso Verde is big enough to not HAVE to go out for years if needed.
I, Erwin Annau, was during 2 years Covid only 4x outside. In El Paraiso Verde it is simply nicer and the people are much nicer.
- Infrastructure: The essential infrastructure has been completed.
- Only recreational facilities and road improvements will be made as possible and needed.
- Recreation: 1 tournament size soccer field 2 tennis courts, 1 beach volleyball court, 1 basketball court and a sandy beach with bar.
- We expect to have these facilities completed by November 2024.
- Our library (multipurpose room) will be ready by after the Paraguayan winter of 2023.
Who goes with us?
- Who is unvaccinated (no MRNA vaccination) and has an open heart
- Who can rent a room, apartment or house in EPV
- Who can still grab a vacant lot and build a house there.
- Most of the homes will be completed by November 2024.
- All homes currently under construction will be completed in 2023.
- All planned and commissioned homes will be completed within a maximum of 12 months.

- Securing assets and savings: Your assets are safe from the “Schwab RESET”.
Parked in Paraguay, it will be paid out after one year. The guarani will easily survive the reset. Electronic currency is unthinkable and unfeasible in Paraguay.

Price protection for your residential lot!
If you buy a CASHCOW package now and invest your 112% in a plot in the EPV in a year’s time, you will be credited with the price per square meter on the day the CashCow money is received in our account – i.e. the TODAY price per square meter!
This can mean up to 12% additional proceeds, as prices are expected to increase by at least 1% each month starting in November 2023 (See next Noah’s Ark newsletter).
When will the CASHCOW PACKAGE and the “ARCHE” have departed?
Faster than we expected.
- 4 days after announcement the first 10 of 100 available packages were sold.
- 9 days after announcement already another 10 packages are ordered, which will be paid until mid of June.
For 3 packages the money has already arrived, the cattle have been bought, Senasa number (National Environmental Sanitation Service) or EPV number of each cattle assigned to the 3 packages and the cattle are already grazing on the pasture. Here are the documents (cattle number and weight, signed by the President of RELJUV and the Chief Veterinarian):
The options for another 700 cattle have been negotiated.
This means that the 100 CashCow packages could be sold by the end of August.
Since we only buy cattle of the best genetics, 7000 cattle are expected to be grazing on the pastures of the “Ark EPV” by the end of October 2023.
The investment opportunity in a safe tangible asset with 150% security and 12% return per year is limited to a maximum of 100 packages.
What is done with the money?
- Separate management
- Purchase of the cattle
- Setting aside the cost of feed and care for one year
- Payment of infrastructure investment (pastures, fattening and breeding facilities, machinery)
The infrastructure portion of the package (which, after all, has already been invested and paid for by current and previous investors in EPV) will complete all buildings currently under construction and costing.
- The list of buildings under construction has already been reduced by 15% through completion.
- After November 29, 2024, buildings are expected to be completed only.
- New buildings will only be constructed for those who have purchased a LIVING property in EPV by that date.
Can I renew CashCow after one year?
For settlers (and PLAN B investors) probably possible for 1-2 more years.
How can I get financially involved in EPV?
All possibilities at a glance:
- CashCow: NOW, until the 100 packages are sold, 12% p.a. CASH payout after one year, investment in EPV in land, house or preferred shares possible.
- Residential Land: ONLY the approximately 250 residential lots currently available will be sold: Minimum 12% increase in value from November 2023 to October 2024. More on the road and land registry in another installment of the “Noah’s Ark Newsletter”.
- Building a rental property: possible for anyone who purchases one of the released residential lots. (Yield of the building without land: currently 10-12%).
- Construction of a “Plan B House” for those who are not yet sure if they want to join us, but want to have a safe roof over their heads just in case. A house that is there when you come and that you can rent out until you come.
- Building your own home – designing your own “paradise” in a green paradise.
- Purchase of preferred shares (only for settlers).
