Application of the settlers for registration in the land register
The settlers, who have fulfilled all requirements for the registration in the land register, apply from now on to RELJUV S.A. to arrange the registration in the land register.
This is now possible. We have the green light from the Land Registry to proceed with the applications in groups of 15 each.
The first 15 applications have been submitted to the Land Registry.

Normally the registration in Paraguay can take up to 2 years.
However, we have the assurance that these 15 settlers are registered in the fall and then successively all other qualified settlers can follow.

The first 15 settlers of the EPV expect their TITLES in OCTOBER 2023.

Ownership by notary contract becomes ownership by registration in a public register.
