Field report Matthias

Hello Erwin,

Super thank you! I am very happy that you carried out the construction while I was away. The house has become beautiful, please pass on kudos to those involved. A house in the EPV means a lot to me. Please find attached the signed handover protocol. I will stay in contact with you regarding equipment.

See you in early 2022.
Many greetings, Matthias

Experience Report from Anneliese

My name is Anneliese and I've been with the EPV since August 21. Fortunately, my husband, my daughter and boyfriend and my little granddaughter and sister accompany me. Our 16-year-old dog and my daughter's dog also survived the flight well and feel comfortable here.

Here I can also feel good and slowly relieve all the stress of the past months. The people here are all very nice and courteous: the founders of the settler community, the settlers themselves and also the staff. Music can be heard from the kitchen and when you look through the large kitchen window you can see that the cooks are enjoying themselves.

It is good for me that, as a newcomer, I can always rely on help with many questions, both among the settlers and those responsible in the organizational area.

Until we have built a house, we live in different apartments near the lake. We have set up tables and chairs in front of the two apartments (my sister lives right next to us). I enjoy the silence and the starry sky with a view of the Milky Way and I realize that a new phase of life begins in a new time, in a new development. We can look forward to our new life in El Paraiso Verde.

Yes, I have time for myself and my thoughts and I feel comfortable and secure. You can still take walks in the dark - without fear!

Since people from German-speaking countries come together in the settlement community, no major changes are required. I can talk even if I don't know any Spanish at first and we get translators when we go to the authorities.

Nice to know that Spanish courses are also offered within the settler community, which we definitely take.

We were also able to experience that the agreement to resolve conflicts with those affected was not only signed by every settler, but was also acted upon.

Different opinions are allowed and desired here and help to get into conversation and find solutions together.

Everyone is allowed to contribute their abilities and explore their talents or desires of the heart.

I would like to emphasize that there are large cultivation areas in the EPV that are organically farmed - you can taste that at the extensive buffet at lunchtime and in the evening.

I am happy that our dogs, along with some other dogs, are very welcome and that everything is going peacefully.

We live here quietly and in the morning I hear the birds first and when you step out of your door into the open, I see the cows with their calves and sheep with their lambs and in between the pigs with their little piglets run around cheerfully. Everything is so idyllic and harmonious. The animals show us that one can live together peacefully despite the differences.

I like to watch the children when they play and romp around with each other and have experiences in nature. Many simply play with naturally occurring things, be it leaves, sand, clay and water, from which bread or pots are formed and dried in the sun, some also roll around in the mud or meet in the sandpit in the park, including the Madonna Forest called, or swing themselves up on the swings, while other children climb trees. The good thing is that the children can run around and play freely without their parents, without the parents having to be afraid.

In hot weather you can take a refreshing dip in the lake, some of which are already here and are still being planned. So our wish comes true with a house on the lake.

Experience Report Shiva and Jonathan

We lived in Austria until 2019 and then emigrated to Cyprus. We stayed there until June 2020 and due to the plan chemistry measures we then flew to Mexico. We liked it there very much and we had already resigned ourselves to the idea of staying in Mexico. We are very spiritually oriented and always listen to our inner messages, which suddenly appeared after six months and told us that we should better emigrate to Paraguay, preferably to El Paraiso Verde. At first we weren't very enthusiastic about it, because El Paraiso Verde is occasionally criticized on the Internet. Still, we dared to take the step and listened to our hearts rather than our heads.

When we arrived at El Paraiso Verde and stayed there for some time, it was immediately clear that these reviews had no substance and were only dispersed by competitors who also offer properties in Paraguay and an immigration service. El Paraiso Verde is in first place here in this regard, the most successful and has the best connections.

Rumors that it was a sect, for example, were completely unfounded, because the community there is very personable, open, freedom-loving and everyone is independent. There is no guru, no strange spiritual rules and laws, no small groups trying to convince anyone of a certain belief, etc. It was just like a village with many German-speaking people who had transported a piece of home to a distant country and made it possible for the settlers to live there freely, happily and worry-free.

To our surprise, after almost eight months in El Paraiso Verde, we still like it very much and we don't regret for a second that we arrived here and that we decided to stay permanently, to acquire a plot of land and to build a house . The whole of life in Europe was always structured in such a way that there were countless laws and prohibitions that stood in your way, freedoms were increasingly restricted, taxes and bills piled up and became more expensive from year to year. Here at El Paraiso Verde we experienced for the first time that no stones were put in our way. For example, we did not have any documents for immigration and the team of Sylvia and Erwin Annau helped us that we could get all the documents together to be able to immigrate to Paraguay. Everything went smoothly, legally, quickly and very professionally. It is very nice to have such an excellent team who provide such a prompt and well-organized service. For people who are as bureaucratic and comfortable as we are, this was a great blessing, because everything was done to the best of our satisfaction.

And we really enjoy being here now. The country is somewhat reminiscent of the Münsterland or the Lüneburg Heath, there is a magical jungle nearby with ancient trees, an unbelievable variety of birds, fantastic sunsets, 300 sunny days a year, no 5G, no chemtrails, no fluoride-contaminated Water, almost only organic food and a spectacular starry sky.

We were pleasantly surprised by the prices, you can get a coffee and an omelette for the equivalent of 70 cents, even a pack of cigarettes costs only 45 cents and the gasoline is around 70 cents. The cost of living is very low here if one can forego luxury, and a person who comes here with some fortune can even tug it down so that he never has to work again. In Paraguay everything is still being searched for, e.g. in Europe everything is already there and if you want to open a business, you have to run the gauntlet through many offices until you can get started. None of this exists in Paraguay. You hang a sign on your fence, maybe with the words "pizza maker" and then you are a pizza maker. You do not have to submit titles, master craftsman's certificates, certificates, trade office registrations and other documents. This gives a sense of freedom unimaginable. Not to mention the driver's license for Paraguay, you pay around 65 euros for it and the driver's license is only obtained within a few days. Then you have your driver's license without ever actually driving a car or studying traffic signs. Are there more accidents in Paraguay than in Europe? No, it does not exist.

Of course, the influence of the pharmaceutical cartel, the big media and the big tech giants can also be seen in Paraguay, but a mandatory vaccination or a ban on naturopathy is not possible here. The people of Paraguay are free in their decision to choose their own treatment in the event of illness and almost always rely on alternative healing methods.

It is a tradition here to simply collect herbs, boil them as tea and then drink them. Nobody gets up then and demands any kind of license, health certificate or doctor's title, everyone is responsible for himself.

Life in El Paraiso Verde is also very pleasant and beautiful. You can walk around freely on 16 square kilometers, live in a protected and guarded area, also ideal for children, have access to a supermarket, cook for yourself or go to a restaurant, can swim freely in the lakes, explore the forest for miles Walk across meadows or just sit relaxed in a café and get to know other settlers. The settlers consist exclusively of politically alert people, many are spiritually oriented, you will also meet ingenious inventors, naturopaths, practitioners of alternative medicine, rebels, celebrities and all kinds of other freedom-loving people. The list is very long and the nice thing about it is that they are all personable and open to new ideas. Conversations often go on into the night at the most pleasant temperatures, 300 days a year.

Of course, there are also occasional problems in such a large community, people come and go and those who leave were recognized as those who just wanted to see discord and division. It is therefore not surprising that it is precisely these people who speak badly of El Paraiso Verde in retrospect, because they had different intentions when they came here. It is important to the community that only people live here who also fit here and who respect the peace, freedom and happiness of the people and work to ensure that this sense of community is maintained.

As I said, we are happy to be here and we now have a core of settlers around us, all of whom have understood the project. They recognized that El Paraiso Verde will play a significant role in the future and that the project is made for people like us, for people who want to live in freedom, peace and friendship, far from a world who ruled by tyrants.

For this reason: Many thanks to El Paraiso Verde, to the settlers and to Sylvia and Erwin, who have set up an incredible project here and for which we can only be grateful.

Experience report by Christiane

Even the arrival at the EPV on 08/12/21 was very touching (in the truest sense of the word).

So many people welcomed us warmly – that was good after the exhausting journey of 32 hours from Frankfurt via Madrid to Assuncion with Corona measures. The situation here almost seems to be born into another world.
During the investor trip, we are fully catered for: lectures, asado, sightseeing, health check and delicious food that is prepared by the kitchen ladies in a fun group and with music. The vegetables usually come from our own organic cultivation – me gusta mucho 😀. It’s still winter, but the temperatures are usually so comfortably warm that we can eat under the trees.

The founders of the EPV are very nice and maintain open and honest communication.
I came here with my sister, her husband, my niece with partner and child with a one way ticket.
The Skype conversations in advance and the numerous information on the homepage or YouTube convinced us.
We are proud to be able to participate in building the settler community. And it’s nice that everyone can contribute their skills in the way that suits them.
It is easy here to make contacts, exchange ideas and develop ideas together. We are curious to see which heart’s desire may unfold.

As a former kindergarten teacher, I am happy to see how quickly the children come into play with one another and are in nature all day long. They use the large swings, the sandpit, the large climbing tree, clay slush or the lake. Parents know their children are safe.

Now we are planning our houses on the lake so that we will soon have our own home again.
My concern will be to get involved again in the health sector and in teaching. I’m curious how it comes.
I would not have dared to take this step to Paraguay without the existing community, where structures have already been set up, you speak German, receive support and can feel safe.

Experience Report – Repayment of Land

Today Erwin Annau received a report from a settler who had to change his plans and then leave El Paraiso Verde. Now the point was that this settler had got his financial investment back in a piece of land …

“Dear Mr. Annau,

Today the last partial amount of the agreed repurchase amount went into my account, it’s time to say thank you! We decided to stay in Germany due to the family situation and not to implement the El Paradiso Verde issue, which was definitely not an easy step for us.
The common consensus for the settlement was actually found quickly, and the repayment of the agreed sum went quickly and smoothly, thank you very much!
We wish you, your wife, every success in everything you do. stay healthy and never lose faith in a better world.

With best regards
K.W. “

Sale plot in El Paraiso Verde – Repayment of the purchase price

My husband and I bought a plot of land in El Paraiso Verde a year ago. It was more my husband’s decision, as he likes to work in the garden. As a determined city dweller (I always wanted to live in Paris …), I rather had doubts about this project. And so it happened: My husband gave in and we decided to sell the property again in order to find a solution closer to the city.

Since you can always talk well and honestly with Erwin and Sylvia Annau, I presented our concerns and asked for understanding for my personal situation. Indeed, everything went very smoothly. Erwin tried to find someone interested in our property and – in order to accelerate the resale – bought our property back immediately and without any problems and immediately refunded us the money in the form we wanted, in a friendly manner, without any stress.

Our decision to sell the property again was not an easy one for us emotionally.

We are very grateful to the Annaus for handling the matter in such a friendly and unbureaucratic way.

Experience Report by Hans Gröbmeyer

Experience report El Paraiso Verde

Hello people, today I would like to talk (write) about my new home and how everything has developed.

Looking for a new home

My friend Martina and I (Hans) had been dissatisfied with the situation in Germany and Europe for a long time. In particular the incipient socialism, the emerging planned economy and the now excessive arbitrariness of the authorities (experienced in person) were simply no longer acceptable. So we were looking for an alternative outside of Europe. We researched many countries for weeks, including Canada, USA, Panama, New Zealand, Australia, Argentina, Peru and Brazil. Suddenly Martina comes and says she has found a project in Paraguay. Germans and Austrians want to establish a large German colony called “El Paraiso Verde”.

Skepticism is the order of the day

My initial skepticism was great and, as usual in such far-reaching and difficult decisions, I did not only get information from the makers (EPV) but also from the opponents of this project in order to check the validity of the arguments.

EPV’s opponents couldn’t convince us in any way and so we signed up for an investor trip (at least we wanted to see it).

Our journey began on May 2nd, 2019. Due to a strike by French air traffic controllers, we missed our connecting flight in Madrid and were rerouted via Panama.

Delayed arrival

We informed EPV about it and they told us literally: “No problem, things like that happen, we will pick you up extra”. On May 4th, 2019 we landed in Asuncion at 4:30 am. A driver, an interpreter and a lawyer were waiting for us at the airport (for any customs formalities). After a photo together we drove to a hotel to have breakfast, afterwards we went to Caazapa to the hotel “Las Palmas” to freshen up after the long journey.

The travel group – “self-thinkers”

After a short regeneration period, we met the other members of the investor trip. All very nice people, older, younger, single people, families with children, probably from all walks of life. We talked to everyone and had very good conversations. As different as these people are, it runs like a “red thread” through, they are all “self-thinkers”.

People who do not want to be dictated what to think, feel and believe. We feel that we are in good hands between them and have never heard the sentence: “What do you want, we’re fine”. They just know that the music on the Titanic doesn’t last forever!

In the course of the investor trip, we were introduced to all the properties and possibilities and we decided to buy a property and build our house on it.

Goodbye

After a week of sightseeing, barbecues and singing evenings, we had to go home. We were brought back to the airport by bus and said goodbye to each other.

When we arrived at home, we first let everything “sink in”, many impressions and, above all, the extremely friendly locals impressed us. In Germany, where everyone just seems rushed and driven, that doesn’t exist anymore — unfortunately.

We wanted to move as quickly as possible and so we pulled out of our tents in Europe as best we could. On February 22nd, 2020 the time had come and we could start with a “one-way ticket”. Martina and I arrived in Asuncion on February 23rd, 2020 and were picked up from the airport. When we arrived in EPV, there was already an apartment ready which we will live in until our house is built.

Buying a car with the help of RELJUV

Mr. Henning (a manager from EPV) with many good contacts was very helpful to us when buying a car and handling it. Now we are independent – a dream. When we go for a walk, locals keep stopping and want to take us with them (nice :)). You can’t seem to imagine anyone going on foot voluntarily :).

Arrived in the new home

We absolutely do not regret having decided to take this step and are looking forward to all that is to come. After all, there is a lot in motion and growing here.

We can only encourage everyone to think about how much freedom they still want to give up in Europe – for an alleged security.

Thanks to everyone who started this great project and actively continued it

With loving greetings

Martina and Hans Gröbmeyer

Experience Report Ulrike Schmid

Dear Erwin

I got home safely.

The (train) connections to Italy were already closed.

Experiences with Paraiso Verde:

Acquisition of land as plan B

I did an investor trip with Cedula in 2019 after coming across the project on the internet. After that I was determined: this is my plan B – and I immediately bought a piece of land.

The new relationship changes everything….

But as life goes – my new partner didn’t want to know anything about Paraguay – he even had concerns that the money would be pulled out of my pocket.

I went on a second trip anyway and originally wanted to plant the property and put a small house on it so that we could have an alternative in times of need.

It was only here, with the distance to everyday life, that I realized how much it strains our relationship when I am no longer in Europe with my thoughts and plans for the most part.

An open and honest conversation with Erwin

My conflict between partnership and security was then also an issue with Erwin when he asked how I was doing.

It was he who advised me to give up El Paraiso Verde completely for the time being so as not to endanger my partnership.

A prompt, pragmatic and unbureaucratic solution

I then received all of the money (property purchase + deposit) – except for the last EURO – within 2 days. Erwin didn’t even ask for anything for the renewed effort!

That is an accommodation! Try to undo a property purchase in Europe after a year! Erwin is a businessman and top seller – but has retained his empathy and humanity. I have also seen how quickly a solution is searched for and found for every problem.

The only thing left for me to do is to wish him, his wife, the entire team and the project all the best and much success.

– And I am grateful to be seen again if something should change in my or the European situation.

Thanks! Ulrike from Carinthia

Addendum 9/3/2020:

In Paraguay, it felt right for me to go back to Europe with all my heart. Now – after only 2 days – the rapid development in Europe is bringing my fears to the surface again ….. – I hope for myself that this whole reversal campaign was not a mistake …

Answer: Dear Ulrike, Thank you for your openness and honesty in dealing with your personal situation. And thank you for your experience report. Should this become necessary, we will find a piece of land for you in El Paraiso Verde. Erwin Annau

Great service when buying a car in El Paraiso Verde!

Just arrived … a new car is needed

Just a week after moving to El Paraiso Verde, I wanted a new car. We have no idea about pickups, four-wheel drive, vehicle registration, notary matters, insurance and the usual customs of the country, and that with ZERO knowledge of Spanish – an almost impossible undertaking. Help was needed!

Erwin and Sylvia Annau help immediately

We got an appointment with Erwin and Sylvia on the same day (Wednesday). When we asked about buying a car, Erwin Annau gave us his personal assistant, Señor Henning, to help us buy a car. Henning grew up in Paraguay. He speaks Spanish, Guarani and also perfect German. In addition, he had been working with cars for years and was able to give professional advice, as it turned out later.

On Thursday we already had an appointment with Henning to discuss our wishes. On Saturday we wanted to visit a trusted dealer near Villarrica. However, the dealer informed us that he would do his annual inventory on Saturday and would therefore be closed.

… and then everything went much faster ……

When we communicated this to Erwin and Sylvia on Friday morning, Erwin suggested, to our great surprise, that they buy the car that same afternoon!

Erwin released Henning from duty for this purpose.

To our astonishment, we received the money taken into custody by RELJUV for the car purchase immediately in cash.

We later realized that paying cash in Guarani can have a significant impact on the negotiation of the sale price ……

With a backpack full of money and good advice, we set off on Friday at noon. On the drive to the dealer, Señor Henning gave us detailed instructions on how to behave in order to support him in the negotiations. When we arrived at the dealer, we were able to benefit from the professional competence of Erwin’s personal assistant.

Buying a car with the help of the specialist in El Paraiso Verde – an experience!

Henning explained exactly the advantages and disadvantages of the individual brands. His advice also took into account the fact that we as a married couple have different requirements for our car in some areas. Señor Henning proved to be very empathetic on this point and, after his explanations, always gave us enough space for a private meeting by withdrawing discreetly in visual contact and waiting until we were in agreement. We really appreciated that!

He also brought the fact of cash payment into the negotiations at the most favorable time, so that we could still get our dream car, which was offered significantly above the limit we set. Otherwise we would not have wanted to afford it.

We were very astonished that he was able to negotiate the price so low. We have to say that he gambled hard and skillfully!

Conclusion:

Decided to buy on Wednesday, discussed Thursday with Erwin and Sylvia, on Friday handover of the newly acquired vehicle without license plates (with the necessary papers for the police), with one-month comprehensive insurance and all the necessary bells and whistles (including the preparations for the notarial purchase contract, as in Paraguay usual) up to our apartment.

So in the evening we sat on our veranda with a lot of gratitude (through the management of El Paraiso Verde and the entire service team), with a big grin on our faces, and enjoyed the magnificent sunset, knowing that we were in good hands here on the square to be.

Oh yes, we had adjusted to “Tranquilo” and learned that things can also take a different course than expected!

When it comes down to it, there is a lot of gas here!

So at this point again specifically:

Thanks alot!

Uwe
